Return Goods Policy

Acceptable Conditions For Return

• All original seals must be intact.
• Products must be in good/salable condition.

Unacceptable Conditions For Return - No Credit Will Be Issued

• Items purchased in a pharmacy and returned by an outside customer will not be accepted for credit. Axcan Pharma US, Inc. will not accept product with pharmacy stickers or labels.
• Open containers will not be accepted for credit.
• Products past the expiration date will not be accepted for credit.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused for any credit.

Conditions For All Returns

• All returns must be pre-approved by calling 800-472-2634. Verbal approval will be issued via telephone along with the address for the product return.
• Credit will be issued at purchase price only. If the purchase price is not known, Axcan Pharma US, Inc. will provide the price.
• Credit is contingent upon product receipt by Axcan Pharma US, Inc.. The return must be received within 30 days of its authorization. No credit will be issued for shipping and handling charges, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• When returning products in multiple boxes, please insert a packing list in each box indicating the contents of each box. Be sure to number all boxes. Also, please provide a telephone number and contact person for each return.
• Credit will not be issued for additional or unauthorized returned product.
